Tosa's Night Out got off to a start at 5 p.m. Tuesday with music, food and fun, and plenty more to come.
Still to look forward to were the 1.5-mile Flashlight Walk at 8 p.m. and the fireworks show at 9:30.
Tosa's Night Out -- "Lighting the Way to aBetter Community" -- is organized by the Wauwatosa Police Department and the Community Watch Program as a celebration of community safety.
