Unemployment Rate Slightly Dips in Wauwatosa
Milwaukee County unemployment also declines from July 2012 to July 2013.

The unemployment rate in Wauwatosa  fell to 5.7 percent in July 2013 from the 6.1 percent reported in July 2012.
Statewide, the jobless came down to 6.8 percent from 7 percent year-to-year.
Unemployment in Milwaukee County fell from 9.1 percent in July 2012 to 8.7 percent in July 2013. The county is the 20th county with the lowest unemployment rates across the state.
The Department of Workforce Development released the new numbers last week.Â
Bigger cities like Sheboygan and Milwaukee have jobless rates of 7.3 and 10 percent, respectively.
