WAUWATOSA, WI — Footage from a body camera released by the Wauwatosa Police Department Monday appears to show an officer preventing a girl from jumping from the top of a parking structure.

Police said that the 17-year-old girl climbed the protective railing of a four-story parking structure with the intention of jumping. Footage shows the officer leaving his cruiser and rushing towards the girl who sat perched on the railing.

"Stop. Come here," the officer said before pulling the girl down. The video ends after he lowers her to the ground.
