Cream puffs, funnel cakes and corn dogs are just a few of the items on the menu for Wisconsin State Fair's new drive-through food pickup.

MILWAUKEE, WI — Cream puffs, funnel cakes and corn dogs are just a few of the items on the menu for the Wisconsin State Fair's new drive-through food pickup.
Fair organizers canceled this year's Wisconsin State Fair in late May, citing the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in Wisconsin.
"Months of deliberation took place, considering all options to host a Fair that adheres to the highest standard of safety without compromising the experience. We explored countless models, but ultimately safety cannot be compromised. The risks associated with hosting an event of this size and scope right now are just too great," Wisconsin State Fair Park Board Chairman John Yingling in a statement.
