Many Whitefish Bay families may remember Cindy Nelson, who was a long-time employee of the Whitefish Bay School District. Cindy was a speech/language specialist throughout the school district and also a first and second grade classroom teacher at Richards School. In March of 2004, Cindy died as a result of a cardiac arrest.
Each year since her death, Cindy's friends and colleagues have sponsored a blood drive in her memory; she was a loyal blood donor to the Blood Center of Wisconsin. Please help us to honor her memory again this year by participating in the blood drive between 2:00PM and 6:00PM on Tuesday, April 3, at Richards School in Whitefish Bay.
As an added incentive this year, all attempting donors will receive a coupon for 4 free outdoor water park passes to Mount Olympus in Wisconsin Dells (as long as supplies last).
