Bayshore Getting New Two-Story Target Store

Bayshore is undergoing an updating of sorts, as developers seek to revamp the town center's retail options.

GLENDALE, WI — The Bayshore Town Center is getting a new Target store.

Bayshore announced Tuesday that it's entered into a lease agreement with Target to occupy a 128,000 square foot, two-story space on the campus.

The opening date has yet to be determined, officials said.

Construction is underway on the new Target store which will be located on the east side of the property on Fountainview Drive adjacent to the Lydell Ave. parking garage, in the former Boston Store.

Bayshore is undergoing an updating of sorts, as developers seek to revamp the town center's retail options, as well as bringing in new pop-up shops and restaurants.

The recreated town square, newly-named The Yard, has been designed as a family-friendly community space and will host year-round entertainment and activities such as concerts, and local festivals as public health orders allow.

Bayshore is also planning an immersive art experience called the Bayshore Art Project, which will eventually showcase work from more than 30 local artists throughout the property, officials said.
