Farbman Group Honored with Downtown Cornerstone Award

Downtown Cornerstone Award as part of Wisconsin's 2018 Downtown Achievement Awards

Farbman Group, a full-service real estate company, has been named a recipient of the Downtown Cornerstone award for community partnership and engagement as part of the 2018 Downtown Achievement Awards. The award honors their work at Chase Tower, located in Downtown Milwaukee. Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group, made the announcement.

Located at 111 E. Wisconsin in downtown Milwaukee, Farbman Group acquired Chase Tower in 2016. Since then, the company has completed a number of renovations on both the interior and exterior of the 22-story, 288-foot-tall high-rise building. In addition, Farbman Group executed a multi-million parking garage revitalization, including structural upgrades, a brand-new parking access system, new and improved lighting, new signage and updated A frames, direction signs and exterior signs.

“As the leader in Midwest commercial real estate, we know that our business is about more than just our buildings, it’s about forging strong relationships with people and improving buildings in our communities,” said Farbman. “Since acquiring Chase Tower, out team has worked hard to enhance this property for the City of Milwaukee. We feel privileged to receive the Downtown Cornerstone award as a reflection of that hard work.”
