WHITEFISH BAY, WI — Coronavirus cases continue to drop across the country while the number of those who are fully vaccinated continues to rise, which means there is even more reason to celebrate this Independence Day. July 4 is almost here, so it's time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you.

July 4 Festivities

What: Fireworks, a parade and festivities.

Where: Fireworks will be held at Klode Park. Festivities are planned to return in general to Klode Park and Silver Spring Drive. The parade will meet at Kent Avenue and Silver Spring Drive.

When: Fireworks are at dusk on July 4. The parade starts at 11:30 a.m. on July 4. Festivities will all take place on July 4.

Whitefish Bay's fireworks display will take place at Klode Park on July 4 at dusk.
The parade starts at 11:30 a.m. near the corner of Kent Avenue and Silver Spring Drive. It will run a route toward Cahill Park east down Silver Spring Drive and then south down Marlborough Avenue.

Organizers are still working on planning festivities for the day, but kids games, vendors and more could be at Klode Park for the celebration.

Klode Park is located at 5960 N Lake Drive in Whitefish Bay.
