Fox Bay Building Getting a Facelift
Developer is taking the historic structure and renovating its third floor for a single tenant.
WHITEFISH BAY -- It's a case of new faces in old places.
According to a report by the Milwaukee Biz Times, the third floor of the historic Fox Bay Building in Whitefish Bay is being renovated and being marketed as one of the few newly-renovated office properties available in the village.
The 5,500-square-foot office space at 316 E. Silver Spring Dr., will be built-to-suit with a potential patio overlooking Silver Spring Drive.
