Police Arrest Drunken Driver With Child In Car: Cops

According to Whitefish Bay police call logs, an officer on patrol stopped a tan Honda on the 5000 block of N. Marlborough Drive.

WHITEFISH BAY, WI — Authorities in Whitefish Bay say a 38-year-old Milwaukee man has been arrested and faces charges after she was arrested for drunken driving with a child in the car.

According to Whitefish Bay police call logs, an officer on patrol stopped a tan Honda on the 5000 block of N. Marlborough Drive just after 10 p.m. on June 15.

Police said the driver was moving below the speed limit and was swerving as she was driving. Police said the woman was pulled over, and taken into custody on suspicion of her third drunken driving offense.

Police said the woman was transported to Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Mequon for a blood draw. She was later booked at the local jail and released.
