The annual tradition is planned to take place in the Village on Saturday, October 31 from 1-4 p.m.

The Village is working with the North Shore Health Department to assure trick-or-treating is done in a safe manner considering the COVID-19 requirements and new ordinances adopted by the Village.

Even though it will be daylight, homeowners are asked to keep a porch light on if they want to participate. If the light is off, that signals the occupant isn't participating.

Residents have asked if they can host a block party on for Halloween or for trick-or-treating, but the Village does not permit block parties for this occasion.
