Village Of Whitefish Bay Publishes Updated Information About Election

The Village is doing everything we can to keep poll workers, Village Staff, and the general public safe.

This afternoon the Supreme Court of Wisconsin overturned Executive Order #74 from Governor Evers which postponed the election. As a result, the April 7, 2020 election will proceed as scheduled.

For those voting in-person tomorrow, polling places will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please use the Ward Map find your voting location: http://www.wfbvillage.org/DocumentCenter/View/508

The Village is doing everything we can to keep poll workers, Village Staff, and the general public safe. Safety precautions include:

• Professional sanitation service at all polling places throughout Election Day.
• Voting booths placed a minimum of six feet apart.
• Plexiglas shields to separate poll workers and voters.
• Gloves for poll workers.
• Masks for poll workers.
• Wipes.
• Hand sanitizer.
• Pen for every voter.
• Tape on floor for social distancing.

How To Return Your Absentee Ballot:

• Place your ballot in the mail. Your ballot must be postmarked by Election Day, April 7, 2020 and received by April 13, 2020. The U.S. Postal Service sorts and delivers official election mail in an expedited fashion.
• Use the drop box just inside the Village Hall vestibule door. If you choose to hand deliver your ballot, it must be received by April 7, 2020, at 8:00 p.m.
