Whitefish Bay Student Caught With Marijuana Vape Pen: Report

WAUKESHA, WI — Authorities in Whitefish Bay say a 15-year-old Whitefish Bay High School student was cited after she was found with a vape pen containing THC.

According to Whitefish Bay police call logs, an officer responded to the school at just after 2 p.m. on Sept. 17 after school authorities say they caught the girl with a vape pen that contained marijuana.

Police say they tested the vape cartridge, and confirmed the presence of THC - which is illegal in Wisconsin. Police said the student was released to her parents, and that officers followed-up with the family with a citation for marijuana possession.
