Koibito Poké Celebrates Re-Opening of Scottsdale Location

Koibito Poké, the local favorite for Hawaiian poke bowls, announced the grand re-opening of its new location at Gainey Village in Scottsdale this month.

The local franchise is moving the existing Gainey Ranch location to a new space within The Shops at Gainey Village to allow for a better customer experience with an enhanced layout. The new set-up will be the future for Koibito Poké locations across the country as the business looks to grow the franchise.

To celebrate the opening of the relocated restaurant, Koibito Poké at Gainey Village is offering weekend-long specials starting Friday, June 18 through Sunday, June 20, 2021.

• Friday, June 18: Guests will receive 50 percent off a bowl (of equal or lesser value) when they purchase a poke bowl.
• Saturday, June 19: Guests will receive a free bowl (of equal or lesser value) when they purchase a bowl and a soft drink.
• Sunday, June 20 (Father’s Day): Dad’s get a free medium bowl with the purchase of any size bowl and a soft drink. This special only is valid at all four Koibito Poke locations in the Valley – Scottsdale, Chandler, and Arcadia.

All specials are valid for dine-in purchases only, limited to one offer per customer visit and cannot be combined with any other offers.
