1 Killed In Tucson Police Shooting
Joshua Lee Moore, 33, was killed in a police shooting Monday night near Prince and Oracle roads in Tucson, Tucson police said.
TUCSON, AZ — A Tucson police officer shot and killed a man at his house near Prince Road and Stone Avenue in Tucson Monday night, Tucson police said.
Joshua Lee Moore, 33, was killed after he fired in the air from the back yard of his house and later "brandished a revolver," police said.
The Tucson Police Department identified the officer as Antonio Pena, a nine-year veteran of the department. Tucson police declined to provide additional details about the shooting.

The shooting occurred just after 5:30 p.m. The department's Violent Crimes Unit is investigating the shooting in coordination with the department's Office of Professional Standards, the department said.
