Man Killed In Tucson Convenience Store Shooting
A 19-year-old man was killed in a shooting in the parking lot of the Quik Mart location on south Park Avenue Thursday night, police said.
TUCSON, AZ — A 19-year-old man was killed in a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of the Quik Mart convenience store location on south Park Avenue Thursday night, Tucson police said.
Carlos Valdez died at a nearby hospital after police found him with gunshot wounds in the parking lot around 9 p.m., according to police.
No suspects have been named and no one has been charged in connection with Valdez's death, police said.

Detectives learned that Valdez was shot after he got into an argument in the parking lot with a group of people, police said.
