130 Bunnies Rescued In Tucson, Many Need Homes: Adopt Now

They were rescued from a home where nobody could take care of them anymore.

TUCSON, AZ — Dozens of bunnies are up for adoption after being rescued from a home. About 130 of the furry potential pets were taken from the home, Pima Animal Care Center said, and several were turned over to rescue organizations.

PACC got the information about the "large number of rabbits" at a home that nobody could care for, KVOA4 reported, in March. They also expect to bring in 50 more rabbits who need homes.

Anybody interested in adopting a bunny is invited to do so. Adoptions will cost $15, including spay or neuter surgery. PACC's shelter is at 4000 N. Silverbell Rd. and is open from noon to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
