Chef Janos Wilder's establishment is taking reservations for fall events.

‘Janos Vamos’, Chef Janos Wilder’s take out program at the Carriage House features many fan favorite dishes from his 40- year career in Tucson. “I’ve been cooking Janos Vamos for the past 5 months and is has been a complete blast. Working alongside Lee Kurtz, my longtime manager from J BAR, Janos and DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails, I’ve cooked every meal. It’s been years since I’ve had that opportunity and it has rekindled my love affair with the kitchen,” said the James Beard award-winning Chef.

‘Janos Vamos’ will conclude at the end of May. “These next two weeks may be the last time many of our patrons eat my cooking, but there is so much to look forward to in the fall! We’re experiencing tremendous pent-up demand for our space coming out of the pandemic. While we still have some weekend dates open this fall, we’ve been booking and taking enquiries for weddings and holiday parties at an astounding rate.”
In addition to the usual weddings and holiday parties, Chef Wilder has been responding to demand for corporate customer appreciation events and small and medium sized at home events as his clients have begun to entertain again.

The Carriage House is ideally laid out for a wide variety of arrangements for safely entertaining guests using both inside and newly refurbished outside spaces. Additionally, the chef has created an entire series of recipe based online cooking class available for purchase at JanosCooks.com
