Frontier Airlines Adding Nonstop $19 Flights To Las Vegas

Denver-based Frontier Airlines is starting nonstop service from Tucson International Airport to Las Vegas. Here's what to know about it.

TUCSON, AZ — The Old Pueblo is getting a new nonstop flight to the Sin City later this year.

That's because Denver-based ultra-low cost carrier Frontier Airlines is adding a route from Tucson International Airport to Las Vegas' McCarren International Airport.

The airline is commemorating the new route with $19 fares, with twice-weekly service beginning on Aug. 13.

“We’re thrilled to expand in Las Vegas with five new nonstop routes,” said Daniel Shurz, senior vice president of commercial, Frontier Airlines, in a statement. “Frontier now proudly offers 48 nonstop Las Vegas routes for improved access and affordability to visit one of the top entertainment destinations in the world. We look forward to launching these new flights in August and welcoming southern Nevadans and visitors aboard to make unforgettable vacation memories.”

Discounted tickets are on sale for the route through 11:59 p.m. on June 28, valid on select days between Aug. 12 and Oct. 6, the airline said.
