TUCSON, AZ — A man has been charged in the death of Armando Rene Padilla, who Tucson police said was run over by a Tahoe in a parking lot after a dispute that began at a smoke shop in the 3900 block of South 12th Avenue on Friday.

Fernando Borquez, 28, has been charged with first degree murder, aggravated assault and leaving the scene of a fatal collision, Tucson police said. He is accused of chasing Padilla with the Tahoe and running him over in the parking lot before fleeing.
