Tucson, AZ---The next stop on Kingfisher’s summer Road Trip is the Pacific Northwest. The menu created by Chef/owner Jeff Azersky, features the unique flavors of one of the most beautiful, culinary-rich destinations in the US including Pan Seared Halibut, Grilled Steelhead Trout. The Cascade Crush Cocktail created by Kingfisher Bartender Jared Hillmar for this stop, utilizes distinctive spirits and ingredients of the Pacific NW like Crater Lake Vodka and Strawberries, and Pastry Chef Marianne Banes has once again outdone herself with the Warm Apple-Pear-Blackberry Cobbler. The menu launches on Tuesday, June 15th for dinner beginning at 4pm and for Lunch on Wednesday, June 16th at 11am.
