Night Club Security Guard Shoots, Kills Man Who Shot Gun In Air
Tucson police are investigating the death of a man they said was shot and killed after he was confronted by a security guard at Bojangles.

TUCSON, AZ — A man leaving a bar on Nogales Highway in Tucson just after 2 a.m. Sunday was shot and killed by security guards, police in the city said. Security guards told police the fatal victim had been confronted because he fired shots into the air in the parking lot after leaving the bar.
Police arrived at the bar at 5244 S. Nogales Highway, which matches the address listed for the Bojangles Night Club, and found a security guard performing CPR on the man who was just shot.
The man had "obvious signs of gunshot trauma," according to police, and died at the scene. He had not been identified as of Sunday evening.

Witnesses told police the security guard shot the man after a number of people rushed into the bar to tell the staff the man was shooting into the air in the parking lot, police said.
