Paving On Kinney Road In Tucson Through May 21
Due to the nature of the paving activities, motorists should anticipate lengthy delays.

On Monday, May 17 through Friday, May 21 between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Pima County Department of Transportation, along with its contractor, Southern Arizona Paving, will begin paving the final lift on Kinney Road.

The work will include paving the final lift on Kinney Road and installing temporary striping. Once the work is completed, traffic will be shifted to its final configuration.
Flaggers and Pima County Sheriff’s Deputies will be on site directing traffic through the work zone.

Due to the nature of the paving activities, motorists should anticipate lengthy delays. Alternate routes are recommended. Those traveling through the area are asked to please slow down and approach the area with caution and obey all traffic control devices.
In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, the construction schedule is subject to change.
