Pima County Launching Kids Summer Programs In July

TUCSON, AZ — Summer kids programs at several of Pima County's community centers will begin in earnest next month.

The county's natural resources, parks and recreation department will launch the programs on July 6, running through July 29.

Programs will be offered at the following centers:

  • Catalina Community Center
  • Drexel Heights Community Center
  • Ellie Towne Flowing Wells Community Center
  • Littletown Community Center
  • Robles Ranch Community Center

The country-run programs will be offered from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with registration opening next Wednesday at a.m., the county said.

Pima County will also offer half-day youth programs at Arivaca Community Center, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., the county said.
