Pizza Hut Expanding Beer Delivery In Arizona And California
Pizza Hut, which already delivers beer at some locations, is expanding the program. Customers will be asked to show identification.

TUCSON, AZ – What goes better with pizza then a nice, cold beer? According to Pizza Hut, nothing.
Yum Brands, which owns Pizza Hut, announced Tuesday that they are expanding a pilot program offering beer delivery to more than 100 cities in Arizona and California.
"Pizza Hut has and always will be focused on serving customers a great pizza experience," Pizza Hut's Chief Marketing Officer, Zipporah Allen said.

The company is aware of concerns that teenagers might try to take advantage of the delivery service.

A spokesman for Pizza Hut, Doug Terfehr, tells Patch that delivery locations will first ask people to confirm their age and then be required to show identification when the beer is delivered.
The company says that customers who order Coors Light, Blue Moon, or Miller High Life , will get their delivery waived thanks to a partnership with MillerCoors.
