PIMA COUNTY, June 17, 2021 – The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department and its contractors will conduct sewer repairs at the following locations:

Achen-Gardner Construction – Day work between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Achen-Gardner will perform miscellaneous sewer repairs that may include sewer cleaning, pipe lining, or manhole rehabilitation at the following locations and dates:
1155 W. San Nicolas Circle: June 21, June 23, June 26
902 S. Warren Ave: June 21 – June 24
200 W. Oro Valley Drive: June 21 – June 24
101 W. Oro Valley Drive: June 21 – June 25
160 W. Oro Valley Drive: June 21 – June 25
6674 E. Placita Alhaja: June 21 – June 25
875 W. Cushing Street: June 22
6710 N. Leonardo Da Vinci Way: June 22 – June 23, June 26

Borderland Construction – Old Nogales Interceptor (ONI) Sewer Improvement Project - Day work between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The ONI project is designed to increase capacity and install new sewer infrastructure in order to manage future anticipated flows along the new Aerospace Corridor and Aerospace Parkway.
From May through August 2021:
The contractor is working on jack and bore operations (a method of trenchless horizontal construction where construction crews drill a hole underground horizontally between two points without disturbing the surface) at Irvington Road, the Union Pacific Railroad spur off Fletcher Avenue, and Drexel Road.
From May through October 2021:
Trenching operations will continue along the west side of the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) from Ajo Way south to Irvington Road. The work is all within Pima County Right-of-Way.
• Fair Avenue will be closed to all vehicle, bicycle and pedestrian traffic between Ajo Way and Pennsylvania Drive.
• Michigan Drive/Fair Street at the UPRR will be closed for a few days in early July and one week in late July.
Beginning in late July or early August 2021:
Fair Avenue from Michigan Drive to Irvington Road will be closed until early September 2021.

KE&G Construction, Inc. - Day work between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
KE&G will conduct manhole adjustments, sewer bypass set-up activities, and sewer pipe lining at the following locations and dates:
