PIMA COUNTY, June 4, 2021 – The Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department and its contractors will conduct sewer repairs at the following locations between June 7 and June 12:
Achen-Gardner Construction – Day work between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Achen-Gardner will perform miscellaneous sewer repairs that may include sewer cleaning, pipe lining, or manhole rehabilitation at the following locations and dates:
902 S. Warren Ave.: June 7
950 W. Eucalyptus Place: June 7 – June 8, June 12
985 W. Eucalyptus Place: June 7, June 12
1322 W. Placita Quintero: June 7, June 12
1235 W. San Nicolas Drive: June 7 – June 9, June 11
1020 W. Los Altos Road: June 8 – June 9, June 12
1332 W. Placita Quintero: June 8 – June 9, June 12
6800 N. Leonardo Da Vinci Way: June 9 – June 10
6800 N. Palermo Way: June 9 – June 10
1050 W. San Nicolas Circle: June 9 – June 11
1225 W. Santo Domingo Place: June 10 – June 11
1312 W. Placita Quintero: June 10, June 12
B&F Contracting, Inc. – Day work between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
B&F will engage in sewer rehabilitation activities at the following locations and dates:
2555 W. Valencia Road: June 7
Salida Del Sol Drive: June 7 - June 11
Rancho Del Lago: June 7 - June 12
7017 E. Bonnie Brae: June 9
4861 S. Prudence Road: June 11
Borderland Construction – Old Nogales Interceptor (ONI) Sewer Improvement Project - Day work between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

The ONI project is designed to increase capacity and install new sewer infrastructure in order to manage future anticipated flows along the new Aerospace Corridor and Aerospace Parkway. The contractor is currently working in the right-of-way easement between Fair Avenue and Union Pacific Railroad. Fair Avenue will be closed to all vehicle, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic between Ajo Way and Michigan Drive/Fair Street. Access to residential and business properties in the area will be maintained. Emergency access will be also be maintained. These restrictions are scheduled to be in place through mid-June 2021.

KE&G Construction, Inc. - Day work mostly between 5:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
KE&G will conduct sewer pipe repairs, manhole adjustments, and sewer pipe lining activities at the following locations and dates:

747 and 705 S. 6th Ave.: June 7
325 E. 21st Street: June 7 - June 8
500 S. Meyer Ave.: June 7 - June 9
749 S. 4th Ave.: June 8
16200 S. Houghton Road & 99 E. Tallahassee Drive: June 8 - June 9, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
335 Lincoln Street: June 9
3800 S. 22nd Street: June 9
541 S. Main Ave.: June 11

Construction equipment/work crews/flaggers will be on site at the various locations; all traffic should slow down, heed signage, and exercise caution when navigating through construction zones. Construction times are approximate and are subject to change in the event that unforeseen conditions or inclement weather cause delays or postponements.
