Tucson Police Seek ID Of Accused Burglar

Police say the man pictured was found on a woman's bedroom stealing jewelry.

TUCSON, AZ — Detectives with the Tucson Police Department's east side division are asking the public's help in identifying a man they say burglarized a home in March.

According to a social media post by the police department, it was March 20 when the man pictured burglarized the home.

The victim was taking a shower when she heard a knock at the door, police say. She didn't answer, but kept showering.

Once she was finished showering, police say, she found the man pictured in her bedroom putting jewelry in a pillowcase. He ran out and drove off in a gold or tan car, police say.

Anybody with information is asked to call 88-CRIME.
