Will Privacy Even Be Possible in 2019?

Will Privacy Even Be Possible in 2019? Because many residents in Pima County are confused on how to protect their 4th Amendmendment.

So the question I ask Pima County and Tucson residents is Will Privacy Even Be Possible in 2019? I ask this primarily because there seems to be many misconceptions with the community as to ideal methods of approach.

Furthermore, to make matters even worse in some instances individuals do absolutely nothing in regards to their online reputation. Many of my friends and family are of the belief if they minimize their online exposure this is an ideal approach to protecting themselves.

As a result of recently watching a YouTube channel Nerd on the Street - Tech, I discovered even more of how little privacy we have in terms of technology.

The video identifies how little Google values it's users privacy labelling the entire operating system of android to be under this privacy agreement.

So essentially, corporations have completely bypassed through a variety of loopholes and mechanisms to obtain your private data with technology that you paid for!

No longer can fully control and govern who can and cannot access your information with your own phone!

The Wrong Approach

Many people upon reaching this realization either just assume there is nothing they can do, or think minimizing usage is a viable solution.

Neither of which are the correct approach I have come to find in this world of companies data mining us in the background.

In todays world it is shocking but also a statistical fact that the average American has his or her picture taken an average of 75 times a day unknowingly.

The bottom line is it is impossible to hide all your information and stay indoors forever, hidden from cameras and public view so what is the solution?

Obfuscation Through Search Result Domination

Because we can't hide everything from the world, and our search results if unmaintained are littered with data miners spamming our info there is no proper defense.

However, that's because what is necessary is to implement an effective offense! This process of controlling multiple social accounts and web properties is commonly referred to as Reputation Management.

So the original question being, "Will Privacy Even Be Possible in 2019?" My answer is it absolutely will be, however because it's not a guarantee anymore you will need to take it for yourself!

As discussed in my 2018 Internet Privacy article you can't guarantee that your data wont in some regards be leaked and then obtained by questionable companies like TruthFinder or Acxion.

So the solution essentially is to control the majority of these high ranking websites and social profiles so we can essentially control what is publicly visible about us in major search engine results.

Many of these companies that mine our data have methods by which you can request to opt out and have your information removed. Here is a list of 23 major Data provider companies That are some of the biggest culprits.

It is certainly true that you can't remove your data from every website, however you can outrank rendering it's existence unknown to the rest of the world.
