Overturned Lamborghini And Blood Found On Angeles Crest Highway

ALTADENA, CA — Puzzled authorities are searching for the driver of a bright red Lamborghini that was found overturned and empty early Wednesday on Angeles Crest Highway near Altadena, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Responding California Highway Patrol officers found the sports car surrounded by droplets of blood, with debris scattered around the site, according to video taken at the scene.

The car has Oregon license plates, and authorities are searching for the person who abandoned it, who isn't necessarily the owner. A search of nearby hospitals didn't turn up the driver, and there doesn't appear to be video footage of the accident, the Times reported.
