Concerts In The Park Returns To Altadena This Month
The free concert series at Farnsworth Park will be held Saturdays at 7 p.m. and starts July 10.
ALTADENA, CA — Live music is back at Farnsworth Park this month as the Concerts in the Park series returns to Altadena for its 24th year.
The free series will be held Saturdays at 7 p.m. throughout the summer and begins July 10 with The Kings of 88, a piano-based rock band. Concerts are free to attend and will be held at Farnsworth Park’s amphitheater.
The concert series is presented by the Rotary Club of Altadena in cooperation with the Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation department, organizers said. Farnsworth Parks is located at 568 E. Mt. Curve Ave.

- July 10 — The Kings of 88: a piano-based rock band
- July 17 — Sgt. Peppers: a Beatles tribute band
- July 24 — Psychedelic Summer: a Woodstock-era tribute band
- July 31 — Flogging Seagulls: an Irish-themed 80s New Wave tribute band
- Aug. 7 — Country Nation: a country music tribute band
- Aug. 14 — Upstream: a reggae, soca and Caribbean music band
- Aug. 21 — The Hodads: a dance music band
- Aug. 28 — Gypsy Dreams: a Fleetwood Mac tribute band
- Sep. 11 — The Walking Phoenixes: a Johnny Cash tribute band
