farnsworth - Airfield or Public Park?

Ever since LED headlamps night use of the echo mtn trail has exploded. living on loma alta i see how the complete lack of safety and respect for nature and the neighbors has resulted in Farnsworth Park becoming a frequent airfield presumably due to the interaction of dogs speeding mtn bikes, persons unprepared for hiking on south facing exposed granite faces. I wonder how many time a county park can be used to land the Sikorsky helicopter before the property has to be designated and regulated as an airfield?

Also, I see absolutely no presence or effort by the County Sheriffs to enforce parking regulations on the weekends and not surprisingly the abuses on the streets all around the entrance to the Cobb Estate, Loma alta, Marengo to Lake are strewn with trash and debris, fire hydrants are blocked every weekend day, cars are parked out into driveways, intersections, and cross walks, unattended alarms go off many times a day and shouting, cursing, screaming are a nightly distraction to why many of us invested the money necessary to live way up here where it used to be easier. I am not against enjoyment of all this beautiful area has to offer, but how long will the growing traffic and mounting abuses go before supervision takes stock in those who live here and pay massive property taxes?
