A few years ago, I discovered a tea that would change my life. I have always loved tea and I drink it at least at least 2x a day. When I was younger I spent a lot of time with my great grandmother Evelyn. Evelyn had the most beautiful skin anyone had ever seen and everyone would just rave about it all the time. People would always ask her what she used and she’d laugh while saying “sugar!”. It was only funny because everyone who knew her understood that 80% of her diet was sugar! And even though it was and still is a dangerous diet she lived to be 89 years old and left us when I was 19. I would definitely consider myself lucky having had the opportunity to spend so much of my life with her.

Looking back, my granny was always drinking tea. Around the clock she’d have a cup of tea within an arm’s reach. Tea is both hydrating and has its health benefits. I learned a lot from her and I definitely benefited from her pore-less, wrinkleless genes. And clearly, I have a mad taste for tea.

As I walked down the tea aisle I was glancing over the different teas and I came across one in a round pink canister which read “Get Gorgeous”. This tea offered me clear skin and great antioxidant benefits. I was sold. I don’t normally break out on a regular basis thanks to granny. But, just like a lot of people I get breakouts at inappropriate times.

So, I get it home and I have to have a cup immediately. As soon as I opened the container I was carried away by the aroma. I didn’t understand what I was smelling but it was beautiful and I let it carry me away. The rooibos tea is saturated with ingredients like hibiscus, orange peel, red clover, burdock root, and natural pomegranate. So, the harmony of the flavors is mouth-watering and I felt gorgeous with every sip.
