Library Offering Free Summer Reading Programs for Kids and Teens
The 2013 reading program "Reading is so Delicious" starts June 11 at the Altadena Library District.
School is almost out but Altadena kids and teens will still have a chance to read together as part of the “Reading is delicious” summer reading program at the Altadena Library District.
From June 11 to July 16, the program will include weekly events, prizes and of course, books.
Free registration begins June 11 and continues through July 16. Visit the library’s website at www.altadenalibrary.org for a complete listing of events.
The reading program is sponsored by Friends of the Library.
Altadena’s Main Library is located at 600 E. Mariposa Street. Bob Lucas Memorial Branch Library is at 2659 North Lincoln Avenue.
