Dozens of children and their parents swarmed the community room of the Altadena Library on Friday for a celebration of Halloween and Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead. Dia de los Muertos is a Mexican holiday when family and friends gather to honor loved ones. Arts, crafts and candy commemorated the afternoon.
