The three were taken into custody after a chase through Arcadia, San Gabriel and Rosemead.

on Monday announced the arrest of three suspected burglars after a chase through the city that reached speeds up to 70 mph.

The suspects were identified as Raymond Jurado, 42, of Baldwin Park, who is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail; David Rojas, 23, of El Monte, held on $100,000 bail; and Maribel Sanchez, 26, of Baldwin Park, $105,000 bail.

All three were charged with residential burglary and felony evading a police officer and were being held at the Arcadia Police Department Jail.

The chase on the streets of Arcadia, San Gabriel and Rosemead ensued after officers spotted a man exiting the side gate of a residence in the 800 block of Victoria Drive, police said.

Officers observed the man carrying what appeared to be property concealed under his jacket. The man ran to an awaiting vehicle being driven by another suspect. The vehicle drove away and failed to pull over when Arcadia Police Officers gave chase, police said.

The fleeing suspects crashed into another vehicle in the City of Rosemead, and three people were taken into custody. No injuries were reported among officers or suspects. The driver of the other vehicle in the crash was transported to a local hospital with chest pains as a precautionary measure.

Police say they recovered stolen property from the residence from one of the suspects and from the suspect car.
