City Of Arcadia: Arcadia Accepting Applications For The 2021 Leadership Academy

The City of Arcadia welcomes Arcadia residents who are 18 and over to apply for the Leadership Academy. The Leadership Academy is a free, interactive civic education program for Arcadians who wish to become better acquainted with City operations. The Academy consists of nine workshops on Wednesday evenings and features presentations by City executives, department tours, and other activities. Each participant will have the opportunity to interact and learn from City departments about the services they provide to the Arcadia community. Classes begin Wednesday, September 29, 2021, through Tuesday, December 7, 2021, and locations may vary each week.  Applications and program information for the Leadership Academy can be found on the City’s website at ArcadiaCA.gov/Academy. Space is limited to the first 20 participants. Please submit your completed application to haguilar@ArcadiaCA.gov by August 20, 2021.
