A man who recently endured brain surgery and suffers seizures was missing in San Gabriel Valley, near Citrus Street. Can you help find him?

WEST COVINA, CA — A man who suffers from seizures went missing over the weekend in West Covina, police say.

Steven Anthony Montez, 49, was last known to be in the 200 block of Citrus Street West about 4 a.m. Sunday, according to police.

Montez is Hispanic, 5 feet 5, about 185 pounds, and has brown eyes. He is bald and has a large scar on the top of his head. He was wearing a gray sweater, a blue Los Angeles Dodgers T-shirt, jeans and white shoes.

"He suffers from seizures and recently had brain surgery," an official statement said. "His family is very concerned for his well-being."

Anyone with information on his whereabouts was urged to call 323-890- 5500, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS.
