Come, my dear friend, I want to tell you a story. Let's find a nice comfortable place to sit down for a while. Here we go, under this beautiful tall oak tree, it will do just fine. Hmm, well now, let us begin.
Long ago in a galaxy not too far away, actually it was right here in this galaxy, on this planet; there were places called book stores. There were many of them all around in different cities. They were quaint quiet places with lots of shelves everywhere, as far as the eye could see. On these shelves were books. Small books, large books, some so heavy they were difficult to lift off of the sturdy wooden shelves.
Eyes widen as my dear friend listens intently.

Every book had a category and were written by authors from every walk of life. There were adventure books, fantasy books, documentaries and biographies. People would come into these book stores and sit on stools to read, you would even see them scattered about on the floor with their heads buried within the pages of their favorite books. They would stay there for hours reading and expanding their minds.
The book store owners worked hard and diligently over the years to sustain what they believed would benefit people. They respected both the authors and readers a great deal, because through them new worlds and expanded visions were born.

Are there any of these book stores left? My dear friend asks in an inquisitive voice.
As a matter of fact there are a few of them left. If you ever find yourself in one, savor the moment. Inhale the fragrance of the printed books. Be still and listen, you can hear the many voices of creativity written within the variety of so many books from countless authors.
