Solo Drivers on the 210 May Possibly Use Carpool Lanes During Non-Peak Hours
The Assembly Transportation Committee passed AB 405 on Monday by a 15-1 vote.
Assemblyman Mike Gatto (D-Silver Lake) has amended his bill that would allow solo drivers on the Ventura (134) Freeway to use carpool lanes during non-peak hours to include the 210 Freeway, among others.
