Peek inside the window of N16 Cellar at 16 N. First Ave. and it looks like everything is ready for business. Except it's not — just yet, anyway.
Owner Charles Yi first took out a business license with the city about a year ago. However, Yi told Patch, he still has to find the right employees to manage the establishment and help choose the wines it will sell.
He has not set a grand opening date yet, but Patch will let you know when he does.
