2 Pedestrians Killed By Train In Berkeley

The train hit them Thursday night.

BERKELEY, CA — Two people died Thursday night in Berkeley when they were hit by a train, according to the Berkeley Fire Department.

The accident happened around 8:10 p.m., Amtrak spokeswoman Christina Leeds said.

None of the passengers or crew members on board were injured, she said.
