More than 934,000 people are registered to vote here in Alameda County, according to the latest voter registration numbers from Secretary of State Alex Padilla's office.

Alameda County had a surplus of volunteers for this election. "We had 4,800 people volunteer for the four days; so we have plenty of volunteers," said Tim Dupuis, Alameda County's registrar of voters.
