OAKLAND, CA — The Alameda County coroner today identified a pedestrian who was killed in a crash in Oakland Saturday.
Shahzar Qureshi, 22, of Berkeley died when a vehicle struck him on northbound Interstate Highway 880 just south of 29th Avenue. The incident was reported at 7:49 p.m.
