Berkeley Street Closed After Shots Fired
Employees of a liquor store on Adeline Street in South Berkeley reported that sections of the street were closed off by police after shots were fired in the area tonight, Friday.

Police are responding to a shooting in South Berkeley tonight.
Shots were heard from Stanford Liquor store at 3400 Adeline St. shortly after 10 p.m.

Employees at the store did not see whether there were any injuries from the shooting but said police had blocked off sections of the street across from the store.
Police were not immediately available for comment.
