The 2016 Olympics have been golden (and silver and bronze) for the Bears, with two more medals added Wednesday.

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL — The impressive medal haul by swimmers who've attended the University of California, Berkeley, both past and present, continues at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Earning a place on the podium on Wednesday were Josh Prenot who took silver in the 200 meter breaststroke and Nathan Adrian who received bronze in the 100 meter freestyle.
Prenot's medal was the first by the US in this event since 2004.
This is Adrian's second medal of the Rio Olympics. He earned a gold in the 400 freestyle relay. Still ahead —the 50 meter freestyle and the 400 meter medley.
