Former Cal Swimmer Wins Two Medals at Rio Olympics

RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL — Three time Olympian and former Cal Bear Dana Vollmer has won two medals at the Rio Olympics—a bronze in the 100-meter butterfly and a silver in the 400-meter free relay.
Vollmer is now won six career Olympic medals - 4 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze.
The Olympian attended the University of California, Berkeley 2007-09. According tot he university, Vollmer "set school records in the 100y and 200y free and was the 2009 Pac-12 and NCAA Swimmer of the Year."
