Power Failure in Berkeley Causes BART Delays
The Bay Area Rapid Transit District reported 15-minute delays on the Richmond line this morning.

BART passengers on the Richmond line experienced delays this morning (Monday) after a power failure in Berkeley, a BART employee said.
As of 11:25 a.m., trains heading toward Fremont, Richmond and Millbrae on the Richmond line were delayed by about 15 minutes because of a power issue between the Ashby and Downtown Berkeley stations, the employee said. The delay was first reported around 11:15 a.m.
