Power Restoration Underway In Berkeley
The lights have begun coming on around Berkeley, according to multiple reports.
BERKELEY, CA — The power is coming back on in Berkeley, following a Public Safety Power Shutoff by PG&E, according to the City of Berkeley.
In a statement, the City said, "The City received multiple reports at around 5 p.m. that power returned to impacted areas in Berkeley, though PG&E has not confirmed complete restoration. In addition, the red flag warning for high fire danger was also lifted at 5 p.m."
