Billecart-Salmon Champagnes Celebrates 200 Years
Gastronomic world tour includes Jean-Georges Beverly Hills restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills Hotel on April 10th

Renowned for the quality of its vintages, Billecart-Salmon is one of the few remaining independent and family-owned houses in Champagne. To mark the occasion of 200 years of winemaking, the family has planned a worldwide celebration.

Bicentennial celebrations will take place throughout 2018 to honor the champagne-making tradition. In partnership with three-star Michelin Chef Alain Passard of the famed l’Arpège restaurant, Billecart-Salmon has created a calendar gastronomic events from Singapore to Los Angeles to London.
The Los Angeles event will take place at Jean-Georges Beverly Hills with Jean-Georges Vongerichten on April 10th. Tickets are $375++ per person and reservations can be made by calling 310.860.6566 and

At each stop on this worldwide tour, Chef Alain Passard has partnered with an acclaimed local chef to create a truly memorable experience. For the occasion, Billecart-Salmon has produced 1,818 magnums of a special Bicentenary Cuvée to be shared during the festivities and sold to exclusive collectors worldwide.
The 200th anniversary celebrations culminate this summer with an elegant garden celebration hosted at the family estate in bucolic Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. The event will bring together people who have contributed to Billecart-Salmon’s success over the years. As a way to honor the love of the land, the passion for the vineyards, and the respect of tradition that Billecart-Salmon embodies, the estate has created a new, immersive tour of the property which will commence this summer.
